Optimize campaigns regularly to achieve targeted cost per lead (CPL) and improve ROI.
Coordinate closely with Sales and CRM teams to track lead quality, site visits, and booking conversions.
Manage and grow company social media platforms with regular posts on project updates, offers, testimonials, and construction progress.
Create and manage landing pages for project launches and ongoing campaigns to maximize lead capture.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and implement basic SEO strategies for better local search visibility.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Handle online reputation management including Google My Business updates and review responses.
Coordinate with creative agencies/designers for ad creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
Stay updated with Hyderabad real estate market trends and suggest innovative digital strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
